Keith Mitchell - Senior Marketing Professional and Media Strategist

I am a chartered marketing professional with extensive experience in the design and execution of innovative multi-channel marketing and media strategies for brands within sports, travel and entertainment. My broad-reaching commercial astuteness has enabled me to forge an exemplary track record of successfully delivering long-term organisational goals in both consultancy and corporate environments. 


I started my career with TUI (the world largest Tour Operator) within the Ski and City division, and other career appointments include leading key strategic projects whilst in both CMO and CCO roles for Golfbreaks (the world’s largest Golf travel specialist).  Since 2020, I have been working with a number of clients including collaborating with European Tour Group stakeholders and investment partners to successfully re-launch the Staysure Seniors Tour as the Legends Tour. Responsibilities for this project included:  


  • Developing and deploying an innovative and sustainable business model which included diversification into new revenue streams.  
  • Directing a comprehensive rebranding exercise taking in the restructuring of digital platforms, development of a content creation strategy, and the execution of a marketing and media plan designed to increase brand awareness and fuel customer acquisition. 
  • Restructuring the organisation’s TV product and transforming the technical delivery strategy to include global broadcasters. Implementing over-the-top (OTT) offerings and fostering working relationships with global content publishers to enhance distribution. 
  • Creating a product aligned with broadcaster and consumer expectations whilst reducing production costs and boosting revenue. Collaborating with a variety of tourism boards globally to create marketing initiatives that positioned key locations as desirable golf destinations. 
  • Overseeing the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing initiative which achieved a global audience reach of over 100 million. 


I pride myself on the deployment of a hands-on, pragmatic, and results-orientated approach. I have a demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners, driving operational strategies that enable the achievement of high-level commercial objectives.
